Who we are
ikitoki is a collection of free, browser-based mini-games operated by ikitoki (operating entity to be finalized). This policy explains what information is collected when you visit ikitoki, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email [email protected].
What we collect
ikitoki is designed to work with as little data as possible. The games run entirely in your browser — there is no account, no login, and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal detail to play. Small preferences you set (such as your chosen language and your cookie-consent choice) are stored on your own device. Basic, non-identifying technical information (such as your browser type and general region) may be processed by our hosting and content-delivery providers to serve the site securely.
How we use information
We use the little information involved only to: remember your preferences (language, consent) so the site behaves the way you left it; keep the site secure and available; understand, in aggregate, which games are popular so we can build more of what people enjoy; and — once advertising goes live and only with your consent where required — help show relevant ads that fund the free games.
Advertising
ikitoki is free and is funded by advertising. Ads are not live yet; when they launch we intend to use Google AdSense. For visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, personalized advertising is only enabled if you agree via our consent banner — you can accept or reject, and change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" control. Children
ikitoki is a general-audience site, not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. When advertising is enabled we will treat content appropriately and avoid personalized ads where the audience is a general one that may include minors.
Your choices & rights
You can clear the ikitoki cookies and local storage from your browser at any time to reset your language and consent preferences. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold so little, most requests are satisfied by clearing your browser data — but you can always contact us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ikitoki grows — for example when advertising goes live or a game adds a new feature. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
